About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and mature new business opportunities within targeted Federal agencies and accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead capture activities from pre-RFI through contract award
- Develop and implement capture plans, win strategies, and price-to-win approaches
- Collaborate with technical, operational, pricing, contracts, and proposal teams
- Support proposal development including solutioning, win themes, and compliance reviews
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of Federal Business Development and/or Capture Management experience
- Proven track record leading captures resulting in contract awards
- Strong knowledge of Federal procurement processes, FAR, and contract vehicles
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce
- Experience with BI Tools such as GovWin or HigherGov
