Director, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound new business opportunities and prioritize high-impact pursuits
• Lead RFP responses and participate in pitches, collaborating with Infosys colleagues
• Develop targeted vertical industry pursuit strategies focused on digital transformation
• Participate in new business strategy decision-making with executive leadership
• Create compelling capabilities and pitch presentations
• Manage the written proposal process, including writing, editing, and consolidating content into a coherent narrative
• Define project structure, scope, duration, and staffing requirements
• Focus on CX, UX, and Product Design opportunities within existing client relationships

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in an agency or consulting firm
• Proven experience in business development, account management, or project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial and proofreading abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage fast-paced timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as Apple Keynote

Preferred Qualifications

• Mid-level design abilities are a plus but not required
• Strong advanced PowerPoint skills
