Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals
- Set the standard for the team with personal production pace and intensity
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support job order fulfillment
- Ensure effective use of technology for activity logging and record maintenance
- Analyze team performance and identify market trends or issues
- Collaborate with clients to align recruitment efforts with hiring goals
- Implement and share best practices to drive consistent results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of selling accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting services
- Proven success achieving or exceeding performance goals
- Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation
- Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting
- Experience with Bullhorn
