Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals
  • Set the standard for the team with personal production pace and intensity
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to support job order fulfillment
  • Ensure effective use of technology for activity logging and record maintenance
  • Analyze team performance and identify market trends or issues
  • Collaborate with clients to align recruitment efforts with hiring goals
  • Implement and share best practices to drive consistent results

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of selling accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting services
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or other professional designation
  • Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting
  • Experience with Bullhorn
