About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and lead a team of 3–5 new business sellers focused on net-new revenue
  • Set clear activity standards, pipeline rigor, and revenue expectations for the Mid Market team
  • Coach sellers daily on prospecting, deal strategy, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Drive net-new revenue by supporting the closing of strategic Mid Market and Enterprise opportunities
  • Lead outbound strategy, territory planning, and pipeline creation from the ground up
  • Design scalable outbound processes, playbooks, and pipeline frameworks
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Client Services, and Revenue teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
  • Proven track record in net-new Mid Market and Enterprise acquisition
  • Experience working at a DSP, publisher, ad network, or similar advertising platform
  • Experience managing sellers, specifically in an outbound or hunter-focused environment
  • Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging senior brand and agency decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building new sales functions or teams from scratch
  • High level of comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Strong forecasting discipline and operational rigor
