Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Siro's end-to-end pipeline generation strategy, including segmentation, channel mix, and messaging frameworks
- Lead and scale a team of BDRs, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to co-own pipeline quality and influence GTM strategy
- Build reporting, systems, and experimentation frameworks to treat pipeline generation as a science
- Represent Siro at industry conferences and events to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B sales development
- 3+ years leading and scaling sales development teams
- Experience in high-growth environments (Series B through pre-IPO)
- Proven track record of building scalable pipeline organizations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Strong systems thinking regarding hiring profiles, ramp models, and channel economics
