The company offers comprehensive services including project development, general contracting, financing, and post-construction operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and intelligence gathering using public and private datasets
  • Identify and evaluate high-value pursuit opportunities exceeding $100 million
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, designers, and contractors
  • Lead due diligence efforts for potential partners, including financial and operational reviews
  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements such as NDAs and joint venture agreements
  • Oversee prequalification and certification processes for client requirements
  • Assist in the development of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and technical proposals
  • Maintain and leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to track opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development within infrastructure, construction, or P3 markets
  • Proven track record of securing high-value infrastructure projects over $100M CapEx
  • Deep understanding of Alternative Delivery models and Public-Private Partnerships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE license
  • MBA or advanced degree
