Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, Jerry has grown into a top three broker in the U.S., serving over 5M customers and expanding into home, motorcycle, and RV management.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach to onboarding
• Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations, qualifying fit and structuring value propositions
• Design creative deal structures for non-standard partnership models
• Own partner success post-close to ensure long-term engagement and ramping
• Contribute to vertical strategy by feeding market insights back into product sequencing

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience building 0-to-1 partnership categories or entering new markets
• Background in consulting, BD execution, or early-stage startup operations
• Ability to engage senior external stakeholders and navigate large organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
