Metropolis is pioneering the Recognition Economy, using artificial intelligence and computer vision to transform parking and mobility into a seamless, instinctive experience. We are building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle in the Minneapolis and Milwaukee regional territory
- Identify and develop net new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking
- Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points and deliver customized proposals
- Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, and proposal delivery
- Work cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, operations, and legal teams
- Manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM
- Travel regionally to support clients and prospecting as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B business development or sales
- Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in greenfield territories
- Strong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuring
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded deals and negotiations
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Ability to travel regionally
