Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle in the Baltimore regional territory from prospecting to closing
- Identify and develop net new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking
- Use a consultative approach to translate client pain points into customized proposals
- Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, and proposal delivery
- Work cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, operations, and legal teams
- Manage pipeline development and sales performance metrics in CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B business development or sales
- Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in greenfield territories
- Strong understanding of P&L and creative deal structuring
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals and negotiations
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
- Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization

- Experience selling within proptech, mobility, or related industries
