The company delivers individualized care across home, school, and clinic-based settings using a tiered clinical model.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle sales process to secure new partnership agreements with school districts for national expansion
• Lead the expansion and execution for a new staffing service line, including value proposition and pricing strategy
• Establish and nurture relationships with SPED Directors, Superintendents, and District Business Officers
• Monitor pricing trends and adapt sales approaches to win contracts through creative staffing solutions
• Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel and provide accurate revenue forecasts
• Lead the response strategy for large-scale district RFPs
• Represent Intercare at key industry conferences and networking events

Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within K-12 or Behavioral Health sectors
• Proven track record of selling services into school districts or in Healthcare Staffing
• Experience standing up a sales model or service line, including targeting and pricing
• Deep existing relationships with School District leaders
• Sophisticated understanding of school district funding, IEP requirements, and reimbursement landscapes
• Expert-level negotiation and presentation skills
