Director - Business Consulting TMT

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality strategic deliverables, managing service quality and client expectations.
• Conceptualize solutions for complex client problems and lead engagement teams to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client personnel and senior executives.
• Manage client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and meet business development targets.
• Oversee project economics, including engagement margins, receivables, and resource utilization.
• Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional development and guidance.
• Contribute to brand development through thought leadership, articles, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• MBA from a premier Tier-I Indian B-school.
• 10+ years of professional experience post-MBA.
• Proven experience working in Consulting, Private Equity (PE), or Venture Capital (VC) firms.
• Expertise in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or strategy verticals.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience interacting with and influencing senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) sector.
• Ability to blend emerging technologies into business solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in recruiting and people management.
