About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's strategic issues, initiatives and the competitive position
- Ensure that analytics efforts lead to clear, compelling and actionable insights
- Partner with Planning, Investment, and Activation teams on budget setting and media plan development
- Lead measurement plan development and execution
- Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions
- Lead, mentor and train managers and Associate Directors
- Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes
- Provide methodological support, coaching, training and advice to direct reports and agency teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting
- Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party solutions, data lakes, data clean rooms)
- Experience in integrated marketing, media, customer journey development, budgeting, and ROI development
- Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising
- Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience
- University degree
