Director, Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales operations professionals in the execution of sales strategies and talent development.
• Design and implement streamlined processes to align sales, business units, and operations to enhance revenue scalability.
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations leaders to ensure seamless coordination across revenue-generating functions.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI reporting using CRM and business analytics tools.
• Optimize the revenue tech stack, including CRM and ERP systems, to support business integration and scalability.
• Support sales enablement by providing tools and insights to improve pipeline velocity and deal closure rates.
• Ensure all revenue processes comply with company standards regarding export control, audit, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills with a track record of driving revenue efficiency.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor equipment industry.
