About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead regional performance of Emerging Brands across Europe & North Africa
- Oversee budget and deployment of brand strategies
- Collaborate with Global brand leaders, ENA Full Funnel Marketing, and Publicis
- Define brand ambitions aligned with Global positioning and regional targets
- Manage regional brand marketing investment and campaigns to optimize ROI
- Engage regional Development and Design leaders on expansion strategies
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for regional owners and investors
- Track brand performance against regional competitors and flag issues
- Lead a Brand Manager to support strategic activities
Requirements
- Business degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in Hospitality or Travel Marketing
- Experience working with managed and franchise hotels
- Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and French
