About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets
- Act as a strategic business partner to sales leadership, serving as a regional subject matter expert
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams, including PR, Events, Digital, Product Marketing, and Creative, to deliver 360-degree programs
- Define and manage content strategies and narratives for thought leadership, playbooks, and industry events
- Establish and track marketing KPIs, analyzing the impact of initiatives on the lead funnel (MQLs and SQLs)
- Manage industry sponsorships, client education days, roadshows, and workshops from concept through to success reporting
- Present data-driven insights and strategic points of view to senior business leaders
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in people management
- Deep expertise in Digital Marketing, demand generation, and analytics
- Strong understanding of event production and PR/Communications
- Proficiency with marketing and operations tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- High EQ and the ability to build relationships across large, fast-paced teams
- Ability to work in "white space" by breaking down complex problems into actionable work plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the programmatic advertising industry and the adtech ecosystem
