Director, Brand Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Factor's long-term brand strategy, positioning, purpose, and narrative
• Develop integrated, insight-led campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels
• Execute a world-class partnerships strategy spanning sports, athletes, creators, and brands
• Translate research and analytics into actionable brand, product, and go-to-market strategies
• Recruit, develop, and inspire exceptional talent across brand marketing, partnerships, PR, and social
• Build measurement frameworks that connect brand investment directly to commercial outcomes
• Leverage AI to accelerate consumer insights, creative development, and campaign optimization

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience in high-growth consumer, CPG, DTC, or tech brands
• Proven success building brands that drive awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and full-funnel consumer journeys
• Experience leading 360° campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, PR, and experiential channels
• Strong analytical capabilities to connect brand investment to business outcomes
• Experience managing complex agency ecosystems and significant marketing investments
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
