Responsibilities

  • Develop insights-driven marketing briefs that translate brand and business objectives into clear strategies
  • Build integrated campaigns in partnership with the growth team, aligning on channel mix and audience targeting
  • Bring a content-forward sensibility to campaign development to ensure authentic resonance across platforms
  • Identify and activate on real-time cultural moments, trends, and conversations
  • Partner with the social team to surface audience insights and test creative hypotheses
  • Support retail marketing strategy for key partners including Amazon, Babylist, and Target
  • Identify and evaluate brand partnership opportunities and manage relationships from concept to execution
  • Maintain a strong pulse on competitive and cultural trends to inform storytelling

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand strategy
  • Experience at a fast-paced growth stage company preferred
  • Keen awareness of cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms
  • Track record of building campaigns that overdeliver relative to budget
  • Strong channel fluency, especially in paid social and digital
  • Experience in production and working with internal/external content teams
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment where processes may not be fully defined
