About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning of all media campaigns across channels for specific clients
- Lead day-to-day client interactions and build long-term senior-level relationships
- Develop and deliver brand strategies, points of view, and audience plans
- Provide vision, direction, and management to team members to ensure alignment with agency goals
- Collaborate with analytics and research teams to apply data-driven takeaways to media investments
- Identify new revenue growth opportunities and lead business case development
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of media industry trends and upstream brand initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of media planning experience
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role
- Proven ability to strategically plan campaigns from audience determination through implementation
- Strong proficiency in analytics to inform and validate media strategy
- Experience managing paid media portfolios for large-scale brands
- Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and relationship-building skills
