About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Iberia Brand Communications strategy, PR, and talent strategy in alignment with Europe and Global brand goals.
- Shape and deliver integrated brand campaigns across all consumer touchpoints, including partners, channel marketing, and publishing.
- Drive the development of sell-in tools and cross-category activation plans to support product launches throughout the GTM cycle.
- Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign effectiveness, and optimize performance using data and audience insights.
- Build an ecosystem of creators, influencers, and cultural icons to deliver locally resonant brand storytelling.
- Lead Corporate PR, CSR, and brand protection initiatives to safeguard reputation at the Zone and Country level.
- Coach and develop the Brand Communications team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in brand communications, marketing, or commercial roles.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams within a cross-functional and matrix environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proven experience managing marketing working budgets.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships with key media outlets and industry partners.
- Deep passion for and understanding of the sports, fashion, and entertainment industries.
- Advanced expertise in analyzing marketing and media KPIs.
