About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of global benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes
  • Ensure accurate administration of HRIS (Workday) and vendor platforms related to benefits and payroll
  • Support annual benefit renewal processes and global open enrollment cycles
  • Manage key vendor relationships through defined KPIs and regular business reviews
  • Provide detailed data analytics and compensation support to Business Partners and senior leadership
  • Manage large HCM data sets to identify process gaps and opportunities for global alignment
  • Oversee employee leave plans including FMLA, Parental Leave, STD, and LTD
  • Maintain documentation for HR Special Operations processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in HR Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits
  • Hands-on experience with Workday (HRIS) and ADP Workforce Now (Payroll)
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits compliance and vendor management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven project management skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of global payroll and benefit regulatory requirements
  • Experience with equity compensation and system management (e.g., Fidelity)
