About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of global benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes
- Ensure accurate administration of HRIS (Workday) and vendor platforms related to benefits and payroll
- Support annual benefit renewal processes and global open enrollment cycles
- Manage key vendor relationships through defined KPIs and regular business reviews
- Provide detailed data analytics and compensation support to Business Partners and senior leadership
- Manage large HCM data sets to identify process gaps and opportunities for global alignment
- Oversee employee leave plans including FMLA, Parental Leave, STD, and LTD
- Maintain documentation for HR Special Operations processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience in HR Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HRIS) and ADP Workforce Now (Payroll)
- Strong working knowledge of US benefits compliance and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven project management skills and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of global payroll and benefit regulatory requirements
- Experience with equity compensation and system management (e.g., Fidelity)
