Responsibilities

• Drive the B2B growth and profitability roadmap, focusing on ACV, GRR, NRR, and unit economics
• Build and own the B2B forecast model covering pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash
• Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance in board discussions and investment decisions
• Implement AI-powered tooling and automated variance analysis to move FP&A from manual to predictive
• Partner with Sales and RevOps on funnel economics, quota design, and incentive alignment
• Own the deal desk, balancing growth with discounting discipline and legal compliance
• Integrate Salesforce, ERP, and analytics systems into a single source of truth
• Champion AI-native workflows to automate data pipelines and analysis

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or enterprise GTM
• Deep fluency in B2B GTM metrics including CAC payback, ACV, GRR, NRR, and pipeline velocity
• Proven track record building financial infrastructure across GTM, Legal, Product, and Treasury
• Hands-on experience with deal desk, pricing, and AR management
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate reporting
• Strong communication skills to translate financial complexity into actionable decisions
• Ability to execute fast in a globally distributed, high-growth environment
