Director, B2B Acceleration

Responsibilities

• Audit current media capabilities and ways of working
• Define vision to mature media capabilities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Translate vision and growth objectives into a roadmap of workstreams
• Lead development of long term workstreams including ABM and Demand Generation programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define B2B-specific KPIs and optimization hierarchies
• Leverage data to guide investment decisions and optimize B2B performance
• Provide B2B competitive landscape and emerging tech updates to stakeholders
• Define process and ways of working to ensure workstream progress

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B media strategy, or B2B consulting
• Deep expertise in scaling Demand Gen and ABM programs
• Ability to think strategically with a balanced analytical and creative approach
• Experience presenting complex strategies to senior stakeholders
• Collaborative leadership skills across Media, Marketing, IT, and Analytics
• Experience in data analysis and performance reporting
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, DemandBase, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with multi-touch attribution models and customer journey mapping
