Director, AWS Alliance and GTM

Responsibilities

• Own Miratech’s AWS ecosystem strategy and overall go-to-market execution
• Drive AWS partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-sell engagement and marketplace commercialization
• Lead development and execution of joint GTM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts for AWS-based CX, AI, and cloud transformation services
• Build repeatable AWS-aligned sales motions, solution plays, and prospecting campaigns
• Position Miratech as a preferred partner within AWS ecosystem-led opportunities
• Enable internal teams and AWS stakeholders with field-ready messaging and campaign assets

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, or strategic sales
• Proven track record of generating partner-influenced pipeline within the AWS ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to create pipeline momentum through co-sell motions and executive engagement
• Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, cloud modernization, and CX transformation
• Experience in commercializing service offerings and building AWS-aligned GTM campaigns
• Strong executive communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments
