Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision, strategy and metrics for the Product Engineering group
• Manage the delivery of an autonomous vehicle capability roadmap with production-level quality
• Establish solid ML practices and lead multiple teams covering Driving, ADAS, Parking, and HMI functionality
• Frame autonomous driving as a data-driven problem and define efficient data curriculums
• Drive an eval-driven culture to reach KPI targets with high predictability
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain a culture of impact, performance, and health
• Build technical capabilities and develop talented engineers through career planning and growth trajectories

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering successful Autonomy products relying on complex AI models
• Experience leading complex teams, including multiple management layers or matrixed organizations
• Domain expertise in autonomy products such as autopilot, navigation, active safety, or parking
• Strong product delivery skills including roadmap articulation and interfacing with business functions
• Execution skills in resource allocation and long-term program planning
• Engineering proficiency in code development practices, testing, and serviceability
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying foundation models to implement specific product features
• Experience working with multiple automotive OEMs
• Experience with GenAI simulation
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and large scale data pipelines
