Director Autonomous Driving and Powertrain Vehicle Integration

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle integration of autonomous driving (AD) and powertrain (PWT) HW and SW
• Manage AD & PWT SW and HW release management
• Manage AD & PWT homologation process
• Support Chinese production license and NDRC vehicles
• Synchronize powertrain development with project milestones
• Manage AD & PWT diagnosis concept, EMC, and vehicle planning
• Support AD & PWT safety concept and safety functions
• Manage validation, manufacturing handshake, and risk management
• Oversee division budget, recruiting, organization, and international synchronization
• Report directly to VP and provide executive communication

Requirements

• Automotive or supplier industry background
• Master or PhD in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience
• Expertise in systems knowledge and integration
• Strong negotiation and business unit management skills
• Ability to find alternative solutions and maintain self-organization
