Responsibilities
- Manage AD SW and algorithm development to meet development targets and project milestones
- Define and develop SW architecture and function architecture
- Manage SW development localization and situation analysis
- Manage SW development vehicle control and handshake to powertrain departments
- Manage AD relevant maps, cloud content, and trajectories
- Manage division budget, recruiting, organization, and international synchronization
- Perform risk management including fallback solutions
- Support diagnosis concept, EMC measures, and SW & HW release management
Requirements
- Industry background in AI, SW development, AD, or deep learning
- Experience in development, negotiation, and business unit management
- Master's or PhD in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience
