Director, Audience Analytics

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of Managers to develop and enhance audience and data capabilities
• Leverage proprietary data assets to generate insights through descriptive and exploratory statistics
• Develop methodical approaches in business and audience analyses via modeling and analytic efforts
• Script writing for insight generation automation
• Project management of Advanced Audience tasks to ensure team efficiency and quality
• Guide the team in database querying and data mining
• Lead closed loop audience measurement solutions by developing feedback loops
• Collaborate with Client Solutions team to develop audience learning agenda and measurement frameworks
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Assess performance data to provide optimization and interpretation recommendations

Requirements

• Solid understanding of data in media planning, activation, and measurement
• Experience and working knowledge of Big Data and basic data mining routines
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience in team management
• Proven experience in developing data-driven insights and advanced digital media analytics
• Knowledge of ad tech landscape and biddable media ecosystem (search, social, or programmatic)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Statistics knowledge
• Experience with statistical analysis tools like SPSS, Q, or Telmar
• Knowledge of digital marketing technologies including DSP, DMP, Ad Server, and Ad Verification
• Success in collaborating across multiple teams in fast-paced settings
