Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction and financial performance of energy infrastructure and data center portfolios
• Maximize value of physical assets through capital allocation and operational optimization
• Manage the entire asset lifecycle from commercialization to major reinvestment projects
• Manage complex commercial obligations including Utility Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, and Real Estate Contracts
• Serve as the primary bridge between technical operations, contractual partners, and corporate finance
• Translate infrastructure performance into financial results for the executive team

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, or power generation
• Expert-level skills in financial modeling and underwriting
• Experience managing capital deployment for large-scale assets
• Experience negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and interconnection agreements
• Experience managing energy-related regulatory compliance and real estate contracts
• Proven history of leading multi-site portfolios and optimizing cost structures
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to C-suite stakeholders
