About the Company

Established in 2012, Faropoint is a pure play RE fund manager focusing on the last mile industrial sector. Having acquired more than 500 warehouses to date, it is the most active aggregator of warehouses in the US in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of leasing relationships and decisions, including tenant negotiations and lease structuring
• Lead leasing execution and strategy, setting market positioning and driving proactive tenant engagement
• Oversee due diligence and appraisal processes for new acquisitions
• Oversee asset management teams responsible for budgets, forecasting, and vendor relations
• Drive portfolio strategy and performance reporting for investors and fund leadership
• Mentor and develop asset management team members
• Review and approve operational budgets, capital improvement plans, and financial analyses
• Manage vendor relationships and capital improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with fund policies, loan covenants, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in asset management or real estate investment
• 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management capacity
• Proven track record managing industrial/commercial real estate portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Expertise in commercial real estate finance, underwriting, ARGUS, and rent roll analysis
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and investor interfacing
• Knowledge of industrial real estate market dynamics
• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• Background with fund management or institutional real estate investing
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, or capital markets within industrial real estate
