Responsibilities

• Manage industrial assets end-to-end including tenant support, reporting, and relations
• Lead the leasing process including market analysis and negotiations
• Conduct transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions
• Review and approve industrial real estate appraisals and operational budgets
• Coordinate property maintenance, technicians, and construction schedules
• Develop analytical tools to streamline portfolio workflows
• Assist in lease administration, collections, and property inspections
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice coding
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to investors

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as an Asset Manager in industrial/commercial real estate
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of finance concepts and financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
