Director, Art & Design

Responsibilities

• Lead art and design efforts for integrated 360 brand campaigns, social content, packaging, and installations
• Direct explorations of brand look and feel, evolving brand guidelines and visual voice
• Manage a team of designers to ensure cohesive design systems and brand consistency
• Partner with the Creative Director on TVC, video, OOH, and major advertising assets
• Work with Brand operations to plan resourcing, track bandwidth, and manage production schedules
• Partner with Product Design leadership to ensure brand cohesion across all surfaces
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to meet business goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience, including 2+ years as a Design Director
• Proven portfolio of creative work for which you were primarily responsible
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of creatives
• Deep design background with expertise in typography and art direction
• Significant experience in packaging design and physical builds
• Experience working with both static and video media
• Ability to navigate different working styles and personalities
