About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior thought partner to executives, translating complex business and technology strategies into clear architectural narratives.
  • Shape and socialize the Enterprise Business Capability Model (EBCM) to ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business units.
  • Lead business architecture for high-impact use cases, including API strategy alignment, M&A simplification, and platform rationalization.
  • Conduct capability-to-technology mapping and process analysis to identify modernization opportunities and redundancies.
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders to shape integrated architectures that enable reuse and accelerate digital transformation.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business architects and analysts.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and automation to modernize enterprise operating models.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Architecture, Strategy, or Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, Deloitte).
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in capability modeling, value streams, and business process architecture.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, API ecosystems, and integration architectures.
  • Exceptional executive storytelling skills with the ability to influence C-level leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate alignment across large, matrixed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a global financial services or payments enterprise.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BizBOK.
  • Background in large-scale modernization, platform rationalization, or M&A integration.
  • Knowledge of domain-driven design and API productization.
