Director Applied AI

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the AI Engagement Practice, ensuring projects achieve desired business outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by designing AI-enabled solutions tailored to their business challenges
• Lead analysis of complex data sets to drive strategic recommendations for AI roadmaps and operating models
• Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, AI/ML experts, and business analysts
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and ethically sound
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their consulting and technical leadership capabilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of management or strategy consulting experience
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or Project Leader at a top-tier consulting firm
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-rated university
• Ability to travel as required to support client engagements

• Experience in AI/ML technologies, data science, cloud, or software development life cycles
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, data-driven business problems
• Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proven project management skills leading cross-functional, global teams
