About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead internal staff and consultant teams in developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical applications
- Steer Payment and Project Management product roadmaps and oversee full life-cycle management
- Advise executive leadership on construction-technology solutions
- Manage dedicated teams for specific applications and supervise vendor performance
- Monitor ticket performance to ensure swift resolution of product issues
- Prepare annual budgets and expenditure schedules for the application suite
- Serve as a liaison in high-level project management meetings
Requirements
- Must be permanent in the Computer Systems Manager title or reachable on promotional exam #4524 or open-competitive exam #4035
- Master's degree in Computer Science plus 3 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity), OR
- Baccalaureate degree plus 4 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity), OR
- High school diploma plus 6 years of IT experience (including 18 months in a managerial capacity)
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
