Director, AI/Digital Product Governance

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of the annual digital strategy refresh, including the development of a 3-year delivery roadmap and benefit glidepath targets.
• Define and implement an effective digital governance structure by maturing the Regulatory Technology Governance Council (RTGC).
• Implement a robust Regulatory Technology portfolio oversight capability, including investment principles and prioritization frameworks.
• Act as a Product Owner to develop and drive product-specific roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, R&D, IT, Operations) to manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Advocate for end-users through research and usability testing to inform product enhancements.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and portfolio benefit achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information sciences, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying data and information management solutions.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in portfolio management and governance implementation.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a digital product environment.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI and GenAI to drive business value.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of data strategy, governance, and standards.
• Understanding of regulatory and drug development activities within the Life Sciences industry.
