About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect the strategy, programs, and frameworks to help the entire organization understand, embrace, and leverage AI in their everyday work.
- Build and maintain a forward-looking workforce planning framework that maps talent capabilities against future AI-augmented skill needs.
- Lead a comprehensive job architecture redesign to reflect evolving roles and ensure alignment across job families and career paths.
- Embed AI fluency into key talent processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Lead and develop a lean team of professionals, using AI agents to automate workflows and multiply team impact.
- Design capability frameworks and learning pathways to help employees build careers that evolve alongside AI.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify skill gaps and co-design targeted upskilling pathways.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, organizational development, or management consulting.
- 3–5 years of experience managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI, technology, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives with a change management lens.
- Proven track record in change management using formal methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter).
- Hands-on experience facilitating AI transformation workshops and designing training curricula.
- Ability to build and deploy AI agents (e.g., in Claude or OpenAI) to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, or job architecture redesign.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in a large management consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, McKinsey, Accenture) combined with high-growth tech experience.
- Strong external network within the AI transformation and future-of-work community.
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or AI-powered HR technology platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise capability academies or large-scale learning journeys.
