Director, AI Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements gathering sessions using workshops, interviews, and contextual inquiry
• Translate business challenges into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and decision matrices
• Develop and maintain user personas grounded in real usage data
• Evaluate candidate solutions against business fit, technical feasibility, and financial impact
• Design and facilitate solution validation activities such as demos and proof-of-concept reviews
• Manage a portfolio of AI products across the full lifecycle with emphasis on evaluation and planning
• Create standardized templates and workflows for requirements gathering and product documentation
• Partner with Finance, IT, and departmental stakeholders to validate business cases

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technical Project Management, or Solutions Architecture
• 3+ years of experience conducting formal requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews
• 3+ years of experience evaluating technical products or platforms against business criteria
• Demonstrated ability to create process documentation and SOPs
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Education, Workforce Development, or Nonprofit organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AI/ML tools, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), Product Management, or Agile methodologies
