About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven marketing measurement capabilities.
  • Partner with data science and engineering teams to design scalable methodologies including incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and ROI forecasting.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into marketer-friendly tools for brand marketers, agency planners, and CMOs.
  • Collaborate with clients and industry partners to establish next-generation measurement standards for cross-channel attribution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class UX for measurement dashboards, reporting APIs, and real-time insights.
  • Monitor competitive trends in AI, marketing analytics, and ad measurement to inform product strategy.
  • Partner with commercial teams to craft go-to-market strategies and monitor KPIs for product adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or product leadership experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, or marketing analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of media measurement methodologies, including MTA (multi-touch attribution), MMM (marketing mix modeling), and causal/incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrated experience building or integrating complex, technology-enabled AI/ML-driven products.
  • Strong background in the AdTech/MarTech space, including familiarity with programmatic media, DSPs, SSPs, and CDPs.
  • Proficiency in data programming languages, specifically SQL and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow/PyTorch), and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
