About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Enterprise AI applications
- Drive the technical strategy for Generative AI solutions, ensuring robust integration, security, and performance
- Architect end-to-end GenAI applications and define cloud-based solution architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Provide hands-on engineering leadership by developing core features and writing production-grade code in Python and React
- Implement software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and modular design
- Research and implement Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Build autonomous GenAI agents capable of reasoning, multi-step workflows, and tool usage
- Directly manage an engineering team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and technical mentorship
- Oversee full-stack development, integrating front-end React interfaces with back-end APIs and AI models
- Deploy and maintain AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure, containers, and observability tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software or AI engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Proven experience developing and deploying enterprise applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Advanced proficiency in Python and React
- Familiarity with modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Strong understanding of the AI application lifecycle, security, compliance, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
