Director, ADAS/AD System Integration

Responsibilities

• Manage ADAS development department, meeting development targets and project milestones
• Oversee supplier management including sourcing, steering, monitoring, and escalation
• Synchronize ADAS development with project milestones
• Manage ADAS function and software development, calibration, and application
• Oversee ADAS hardware and integration including sensors, computers, and wiring harnesses
• Manage ADAS safety concepts, safety functions, and subsystem validation
• Manage ADAS E/E, communication, and interface towards UI/UX
• Handle risk management and fallback solutions
• Manage division budget, recruiting, organization, and international synchronization
• Support diagnosis concepts, EMC measures, and homologation processes

Requirements

• Industry background in ADAS, AD, automotive, or supplier sectors
• Extensive knowledge in development, negotiation, and business unit management
• Master's or PhD in Engineering, or comparable qualification
• 10 or more years of relevant professional experience
• Strong system knowledge and integration skills
• Ability to find alternative solutions and maintain self-organization
