About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities
- Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability
- Oversee due diligence and site evaluations
- Align project requirements, costs, and construction objectives with company profit goals
- Oversee entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes
- Develop feasibility modeling, capital costs budgeting, and pro forma return measurements
- Manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate development, architecture, construction management, or urban planning
- Strong understanding of entitlements, design, permitting, and construction processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Urban Planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in real estate development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
