About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior point of contact for the UK GOV account, building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Lead the development and delivery of influencer and social campaigns that align with client objectives and policy considerations
  • Oversee campaign execution from brief through to delivery, ensuring compliance and strategic soundness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape integrated solutions and manage timelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insight to inform optimization and reporting
  • Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account through strategic thinking and proactive client counsel
  • Navigate complex approval structures and stakeholder environments

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising, media, or digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience managing accounts in regulated industries (government, public sector, financial services, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex approval processes
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance client needs with compliance
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
