About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Director in delivering innovative and creative solutions aligned to client briefs
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
  • Collaborate across Dentsu’s capabilities and network to leverage products and services that drive business value
  • Project manage integrated communication plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Review plans and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate internal teams to deliver best-in-class work
  • Ensure seamless coordination between strategy, creative, media, analytics, and production teams
  • Provide accurate project updates, timelines, and status reports to clients
  • Maintain high standards of execution and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support business development initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital account management or client servicing within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and integrated campaign delivery
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and financial acumen
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Experience working with large consumer, banking, automobile, or enterprise brands
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and commercial management
