Responsibilities

• Supervise, animate, and organize construction teams to ensure successful contract execution
• Optimize human resources, material resources, and working methods
• Validate operating modes and select subcontractors
• Ensure the implementation of quality and environmental control plans, including corrective actions
• Manage work execution by monitoring productivity, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and payments
• Act as the primary point of contact for teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure client satisfaction regarding quality, deadlines, work acceptance, and the clearing of reservations
• Guarantee compliance with delegations and procedures across all construction sites
• Manage, coach, and coordinate teams, including conducting annual performance reviews and supporting professional development

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Building or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role
