Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for global sales and profitability within the North-East region for the Refinish business (paint, non-paint, and services).
• Manage the development, growth, profitability, and retention of current and new distribution partners.
• Identify and launch new market opportunities, including paint accessories and specialized services.
• Lead and manage commercial and technical teams, ensuring effective coaching, evaluation, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with standardized sales processes and systems.
• Collaborate with other Axalta Refinish leaders to align and implement key action plans.
• Promote and uphold Axalta's core values across the region.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving growth.
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management, specifically managing distributors.
• Deep expertise in the Repair-Collision market.
• Solid financial knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
