Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and service speed.
  • Manage financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client conflicts professionally.
  • Manage talent through hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Drive sales growth by executing marketing promotions and monitoring local competition.
  • Oversee team leadership and ensure compliance with legal and brand directives.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors.
  • Proven experience in P&L management and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
