Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service
• Manage the restaurant's financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control
• Motivate the team to provide an excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts professionally
• Manage talent through hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning
• Execute national and local marketing promotions and drive sales growth
• Ensure compliance with legal directives, health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors
• Proven experience in P&L management and staff supervision
• Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor
• Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
