Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service
- Manage the restaurant's financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control
- Motivate the team to provide an excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts professionally
- Manage talent through hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Execute national and local marketing promotions and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with legal directives, health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors
- Proven experience in P&L management and staff supervision
