Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service.
  • Manage restaurant financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client conflicts professionally.
  • Manage talent by hiring, training, conducting performance reviews, and developing succession plans.
  • Drive sales growth by executing national and local promotions and monitoring competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with legal directives, food hygiene, and health and safety practices.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing P&L and operating accounts.
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
