About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the digital marketing and lead generation strategy
- Build and optimize inbound, outbound, and ABM tunnels
- Implement and orchestrate marketing tools including CRM, marketing automation, tracking, and dashboards
- Structure data governance including targeting, enrichment, scoring, and reporting
- Monitor performance metrics such as leads, MQL, SQL, transformation rates, and revenue contribution
- Collaborate closely with business, sales, and IT teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B operational or growth marketing
- Strong expertise in lead generation, data marketing, and MarTech tools
- Business-oriented, data-driven, and performance-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
- English proficiency desired
