Responsibilities

• Define the SI strategy for Sales, Marketing, and Digital perimeters
• Translate business challenges (omnichannel, customer experience, commercial performance) into SI solutions
• Drive the roadmap based on value logic (ROI, KPI, OKR)
• Structure and lead a Product Owner organization within IT
• Collaborate closely with Digital Business Product Managers
• Transition teams from a project-based logic to a product-based logic
• Supervise SI projects including CRM, e-commerce, data marketing, and digital platforms
• Manage operational issues such as maintenance, technical debt, prioritization, and budget
• Manage a team of approximately 10–12 people (internal and external)
• Implement pragmatic agile practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science
• Over 10 years of experience in Information Systems
• Dual expertise in IT and Digital/MarTech
• Mastery of Marketing & Sales ecosystems (CRM/Salesforce, E-commerce, Marketing Data)
• Strong leadership and servant leader posture
• Ability to align SI solutions with business performance and impact
• Fluent English
